Renovation project is to enhance comfort and create a better working environment for our tenants. The renovation will focus on upgrading the building to be more modern and environmentally friendly, promoting long-term sustainability while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants and users. The project is developed under the concept of “Luxury Boutique Workplace”, with Architects 49 Co., Ltd. appointed as the principal designer. The renovation will be carried out in two phases as outlined below:

            Phase 1

• • Common restrooms on all floors (except Floors 4–6 and 33–34)

  • Destination lift system
  • Common areas (office corridors)
  • Turnstile gates and face scan access system

  • Temperature control system (VAV System)

Schedule and Progress

Civil Master Construction Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the main contractor in October 2025, with Create Great Design Co., Ltd. serving as the project designer. Phase 1 is expected to be completed by November 2026.            

            Phase 2

  • Renovation of Floors G–6, including reconfiguration of common areas and building layout to accommodate new amenities, covering: fa ç ade, lobby, and lounge areas to create a modern reception space reflecting the building’s new image

  • Flexible co-working spaces and meeting rooms

  • Health and fitness center, including recreational areas and studios

  • Executive lounge with dining facilities

  • Interior and exterior landscape design to enhance greenery and improve quality of life for building users

  • Additional retail spaces

  • Construction of a new 4-storey building on approximately 200 square wah, accommodating a 300-seat auditorium, pickleball courts, canteen, and motorcycle parking for approximately 200 vehicles (functions may be adjusted as appropriate)

Schedule and Progress

Architects 49 Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the designer and project controller for Phase 2. Construction is expected to commence in late 2026 and be completed  by late 2027.
